Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts for all company subsidiaries and related entities.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation regulations and local financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations (PPh, PPN), and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
