Private Advertiser is seeking a detailâoriented Accountant to join our finance team in the vibrant hospitality and tourism hub of Batam, Kepulauan Riau. In this role you will be responsible for the endâtoâend management of the companyâs financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting. Key areas of focus include maintaining the general ledger, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing cash flow and bank reconciliations, and supporting the income audit process. You will also collaborate with the engineering and storekeeping departments to ensure proper recording of inventory and operational expenses, contributing to the overall efficiency of our hospitality services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastâpaced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and financial statements preparation.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection.
- Perform cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasting.
- Conduct income auditing and support monthâend and yearâend close procedures.
- Coordinate with storekeeping and engineering staff to accurately record inventory and capital expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â4 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problemâsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
