In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing actionable insights to help support our business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow is monitored effectively.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and expense tracking to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and verify stock valuations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial workflow and controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional command of both Indonesian and English is preferred.
