Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting cycles, including general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation laws, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings.
- Perform comprehensive costing analysis to support operational efficiency and profitability assessments.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure clean audit reports and financial transparency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with corporate standards.
- Support the finance team in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.
- Monitor and reconcile bank transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian taxation regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a plus).
- Advanced technical skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for identifying financial discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
