Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions to ensure complete compliance.
- Execute complex bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasting to support operational stability.
- Monitor and analyze departmental expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee tax filing requirements, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN, ensuring zero-defect compliance.
- Assist leadership in strategic financial planning and budget preparation for upcoming fiscal years.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with modern accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate).
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying financial discrepancies.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Professional certification such as Brevet A/B is highly preferred.
