Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic business planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with government regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently, ensuring vendor and client relationships are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
