Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a high-impact move in the APAC region? Precision Installations is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Accountant to establish and lead our finance operations in Indonesia while providing comprehensive oversight for our APAC regional activities.
In this pivotal role, you will be the foundational lead for our Indonesian finance function, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and robust reporting standards. You will bridge the gap between local operational requirements and regional APAC financial strategy. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is capable of building processes from the ground up.

Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and manage the end-to-end finance function for our Indonesian operations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the APAC region.
- Oversee tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory adherence within Indonesia.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support budget forecasting and financial planning.
- Ensure seamless communication between local finance teams and APAC headquarters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a regional or international context.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and statutory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing financial workflows or organizational setups.
- Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive business decisions.
