Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Execute tax filing and compliance tasks to ensure alignment with local regulations.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify financial data integrity.
- Support the management team by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient financial processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional accounting role.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is strictly required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work productively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and high integrity.
