Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cashiering operations and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Assist in financial reporting and budget variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Support internal audits and financial control implementations
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/PAK) preferred
