Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to leverage your skills within Bali's thriving hospitality sector? Predmet Construction Bali is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Part-time Accountant to oversee the financial operations for our luxury villa property in Tabanan.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, seamless banking operations, and strict tax compliance. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a boutique hospitality environment and values autonomy. You will work closely with the villa ownership, providing them with clear, transparent, and timely financial insights to facilitate informed business decisions.
We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of Indonesian accounting standards, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity in their financial reporting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and banking operations for the villa.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with villa ownership to provide clear, actionable financial reports and analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance owners.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as a part-time professional.
