Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger entries and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations and ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial workflows.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within a multinational corporation or fast-paced tech environment.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
