Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements in full compliance with MFRS and IFRS standards.
- Manage corporate income tax computations, transfer pricing documentation, and end-to-end tax compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations, management reporting, and financial analysis for the regional shared services hub.
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and closing processes with a focus on statutory disclosures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Provide bilingual reporting, documentation, and communication support for Chinese-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
- Monitor evolving accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and tax regulations to ensure proactive compliance and risk mitigation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in statutory reporting, external audit, or financial accounting within an MNC or Big 4 environment.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Solid working knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and Malaysian corporate tax regulations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
