Join the professional team at PT.Sushimi as an Accounting Admin. We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to take charge of our administrative documentation and financial data management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is systematically archived and that data is accurately input into our core systems.
As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, and your attention to detail will be crucial in supporting our daily accounting processes and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end process of administrative documentation and systematic archiving.
- Input accounting data accurately and efficiently into the company's financial system.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and audit.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and general ledger reconciliation tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify documentation requirements.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and strictly comply with company regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1/D3).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or local ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
