Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting entries and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial statement integrity.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements on a timely basis.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, following up on outstanding items as needed.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and digital filing systems.
- Assist senior staff with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects to support client decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or entry-level experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data with precision.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Availability to commit to a temporary-to-full-time transition program.
