You will play a critical role in maintaining the health of our Oracle environment, troubleshooting system-related financial discrepancies, and providing robust support during month-end closing procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain complex ledger controls and precise account mapping within the Oracle ERP system.
- Monitor system jobs, data interfaces, and batch processing to ensure data accuracy and timely completion.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve stuck transactions or system-related bottlenecks to prevent financial reporting delays.
- Provide comprehensive support for month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to strict financial deadlines.
- Coordinate with IT and Finance departments to implement system updates and configuration changes.
- Prepare regular system performance reports and financial reconciliation summaries for management.
- Maintain documentation for system procedures, mapping changes, and troubleshooting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role involving Oracle ERP administration or financial systems support.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger structures, and financial data flow.
- Proficiency in Oracle Applications, including familiarity with interfaces and backend transaction monitoring.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
