Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor project-based budgets and track expenditures against planned projections.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory compliance reports.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Develop and maintain automated financial models to improve reporting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Excellent attention to detail with superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
