Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and budget summaries for management review.
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and facility maintenance coordination.
- Maintain systematic digital and physical filing systems for all company documents, contracts, and invoices.
- Support the HR department with attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and employee documentation.
- Monitor and protect company assets through regular inventory audits and property management logs.
- Coordinate administrative communication between internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Deep understanding of basic accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Residing in or willing to work in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah.
