Join Kantor Akuntan Publik Charles & Nurlena as an Accounting and Audit Lead and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients across Jakarta and beyond. In this position you will oversee end‑to‑end audit engagements, from planning and risk assessment to reporting, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian audit standards and international best practices.
You will be responsible for controlling project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and guiding junior team members through the audit process. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute audit engagements for a wide range of corporate clients, ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed audit plans, define scopes, and allocate resources to meet budget and deadline targets.
- Perform risk assessments and implement effective risk‑mitigation strategies throughout the audit lifecycle.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing constructive feedback and fostering continuous learning.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, management letters, and financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
- Coordinate with client finance teams to resolve accounting issues and improve internal controls.
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing, preferably within a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian audit standards (SAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proven ability to manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (written and oral) with effective communication skills.
