Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger integrity.
- Support tax reporting and ensure full compliance with Indonesian fiscal requirements.
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
