PT HiGood Live Jakarta is a dynamic and fast-growing company currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Tax Specialist to join our finance team in Gambir. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries and ensure accurate financial record-keeping in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Handle end-to-end tax compliance processes, including calculation and reporting of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN (VAT).
- Monitor and reconcile bank transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable regularly.
- Prepare tax reconciliation (e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and ensure timely submission to tax authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for annual budget planning and internal auditing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation to ensure audit readiness at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Accounting and Tax role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and integrity in managing financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
