Redbuzz Mediatama is seeking a highly motivated Accounting and Tax Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, precise tax reporting, and meticulous financial documentation.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial streams effectively. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, supporting management with insightful reports, and ensuring full compliance with current tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and record daily accounting journals and general ledger entries.
- Develop and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and Balance Sheets.
- Execute tax calculation, preparation, and timely filing in accordance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Perform internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial and tax documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Support management during annual audits and tax examinations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax administration.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
