We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting and Tax Staff to join our finance team in DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting our daily operational accounting activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Calculate, prepare, and report monthly tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Maintain accurate tax documentation and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to conduct periodic financial audits and stock opname.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns (SPT).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or taxation (fresh graduates with strong academic track records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
