Niaga Sejahtera Bangunan, a leading distributor of Semen Tonasa and premium building materials, is currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting and Tax Staff to join our dynamic finance team in Surabaya. As a pivotal member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity, ensuring regulatory tax compliance, and supporting our ongoing growth in the Indonesian construction sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily accounting transactions and journal entries accurately.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
- Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including the calculation, reporting, and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN (e-Faktur).
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial record-keeping of inventory and distribution transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Tax roles (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and updated tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERPs) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in Surabaya.
