Bogamas Maju Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Tax Supervisor to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial records, overseeing comprehensive tax compliance, and providing critical financial insights to management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/26, etc.) and coordinate tax reporting processes.
- Supervise the accounting team to ensure efficiency, data accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits or inspections.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage cash flow projections to support business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is preferred.
