Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax filing procedures, ensuring compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during annual audits.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable recommendations to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
