Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Accounting Manager in supervising daily accounting operations and financial reporting cycles.
- Oversee the performance and professional development of the accounting team, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, identifying variances and providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit workflows.
- Prepare periodic financial analysis and reports for senior management to support strategic business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and PSAK/IFRS standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations and lead high-performing teams.
- High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or accurate systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive problem-solver with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
