PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is partnering with a prestigious client operating within the Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) in Cikarang to appoint a highly skilled Accounting Assistant Manager.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring strict compliance with Bonded Zone regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to the management team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in manufacturing accounting, specifically dealing with customs reporting, tax obligations, and month-end closing processes. You will lead a dedicated team to maintain financial integrity while supporting the company's operational growth in one of Indonesia's key industrial hubs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs and excise regulations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards and company policies.
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax filings.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and provide actionable recommendations to Senior Management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and manufacturing financial regulations.
- Proven experience working in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
