In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, providing essential support to our Team Leader and Accounting Manager.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, assisting with everything from daily bookkeeping to high-level year-end reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Support the Accounting Manager with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in tax preparation and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor and process employee expense reports for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team to ensure department workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is essential.
- Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and accounting principles (GAAP).
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City.
