Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate and manage tax obligations, including calculating and filing PPh, PPN, and other relevant local taxes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of internal management reports to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and document retrieval processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, MYOB, or Excel).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (SPT, e-Faktur, etc.).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Residency or willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
