Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and government reporting obligations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain cash flow integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes.
  • Support the budget preparation process and provide variance analysis to management.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure tracking.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, hospitality management) will be considered a strong advantage.
