PT. Global Papua Abadi is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting ERP Specialist to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our accounting operations and our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless financial data integrity and system optimization.
You will play a key part in supporting our upcoming ERP system migration, troubleshooting technical accounting workflows, and ensuring that our financial systems are performing at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of accounting principles combined with practical experience in ERP implementation or maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company's ERP accounting modules.
- Act as a primary point of contact for ERP system migration projects, including data mapping, testing, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues and optimize financial reporting workflows.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for accounting staff.
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular audits of financial data flowing between the ERP and external systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure high adoption rates of ERP features.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend automated solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or financial systems management.
- Proven experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience in leading or participating in full-cycle ERP migration or implementation projects.
- Proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into accounting solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
