PT Iceler Teknik Indonesia is a dynamic company operating in the technical and engineering sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to join our finance team in Jakarta Barat. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our inventory and managing our international procurement workflows.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy and purchasing efficiency. We are looking for someone who is not only numbers-driven but also highly organized, capable of navigating import regulations, and committed to operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct weekly stock opname to ensure 100% accuracy of inventory levels.
- Manage and reconcile office inventory assets regularly.
- Execute the end-to-end purchasing process, from vendor selection to invoice processing.
- Handle complex import documentation and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely arrivals.
- Monitor and report on supply chain costs and variances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Purchasing, or Inventory Control.
- Strong understanding of import-export procedures and documentation (Customs/PPJK).
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
