Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements and cash flow management.
- Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including monthly PPh 21, 23, 25, and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit documentation and communicate effectively with external auditors.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or audit role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred.
