Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Payable/Receivable and General Ledger management.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage all corporate tax obligations, including calculation, reporting, and filing (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial records are error-free.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and standard compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews and tax audits.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for cost control and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax supervision.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to operate accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
