Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and international financial standards (IFRS/PSAK).
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development within the department.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity to support ongoing business operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure clean financial audits and transparent reporting.
- Implement and refine internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and prevent potential fraud.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, tax management, and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, KUP, PPh, and PPN regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and scaling finance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
