Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts across multi-industry operations
- Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation
- Implement and maintain robust cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
- Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is highly preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance management, with multi-industry exposure
- Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with experience in developing high-performing finance teams
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
