Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and relevant regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls and accounting procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing insightful analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations (Pajak Penghasilan, Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, etc.) and facilitate external audits.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to support business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA, Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Zahir) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
