Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local taxation laws and internal financial policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and digital archives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline billing and expense reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administration roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation (PPh/PPN).
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
