As our Senior Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and providing key insights to management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee treasury functions, including bank reconciliations and fund management.
- Analyze financial performance against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
- Supervise junior staff and assist in department-wide process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Professional certification such as CPA or Brevet A/B is highly desirable.
