We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our professional team in the heart of Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, PPh 21, and corporate tax filings.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate distribution of employee compensation and benefits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage company cash flow projections.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit reports.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or financial role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Accurate, or SAP).
- In-depth understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian tax laws.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly preferred.
