Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or MYOB).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
