Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting entries and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment scheduling.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, including receipts, invoices, and tax-related paperwork.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational finance workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and basic taxation regulations.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and professional communication skills.
