Sambal Bakar Indonesia is a rapidly growing F&B brand, and we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our operations by ensuring accurate reporting, precise bookkeeping, and efficient financial administration.

You will be responsible for end-to-end financial documentation, supporting the finance team in closing cycles, and providing transparent financial data to help drive our business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconciling bank statements and petty cash records on a regular basis.
- Assisting in tax preparation and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
- Monitoring operational expenditures to ensure adherence to company budgets.
- Collaborating with external auditors and management for internal control assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations (PPh/PPN).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
