You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimizing cash flow management, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations and ensure timely tax filings
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for operational departments
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1/D4 equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or local equivalents)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical data processing
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
