Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and ensure timely tax filing (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date accounting records using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Assist in the budgeting process and financial forecasting for departmental operational needs.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the finance manager to optimize internal control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Must be willing to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
