Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills and Mandarin proficiency? PT Indonesia Excellent Equipment is looking for a skilled Accounting & Finance Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this key role, you will take charge of managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, and acting as the vital bridge for communication with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing, inquiries, and financial updates.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and local tax regulations.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and internal audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory accounting role within the equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) and proficiency in English.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
