Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and the preparation of accurate financial reports.
- Oversee tax compliance procedures, ensuring the correct calculation and timely filing of PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT) according to Indonesian regulations.
- Handle the specific financial administration and accounting for sports club operations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and verify all financial statements for accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain and update financial records and filing systems to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations (PPATB) and corporate accounting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing business environment.
