Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end general ledger accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry reviews, account reconciliations, and trial balance analysis.
- Supervise a small team of accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance oversight to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK standards, and company internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and improve internal financial workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports to support executive decision-making.
- Manage external and internal audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy within the accounting department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in integrated ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with strong professional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly reporting deadlines.
