Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team in daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities.
- Manage and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Participate in periodic internal audits and inventory checks.
- Support administrative tasks related to tax documentation and financial compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Final-year students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to commit to the internship duration as specified.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
