Are you a motivated accounting student or fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in a fast-paced IT environment? Agres Info Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Intern to join our finance team in Jakarta Utara. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, tax administration, and bookkeeping within the competitive technology retail sector.
As an intern, you will work closely with our senior finance staff to support day-to-day accounting operations. You will gain valuable exposure to real-world financial workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a professional corporate setting. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong Excel skills, and have a passion for numbers and organizational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry into the accounting system.
- Support the preparation and filing of monthly financial reports and documentation.
- Help with the reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash records.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify supporting financial documents.
- Assist in tax preparation processes including PPh 21 and PPh 23 documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audit readiness.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Final year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles (PSAK).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
